When you remote to your work computer and you cannot see the sql editor anymore, here is how to fix it:

In the Editor‘s toolbar you will see a desktop dropdown (This usually defaults to “SQL“).  To the right of this, you will see a button named “save desktop”  Click on the dropdown portion of this button and you will see a selection called “Restore default desktop”.
