In Designer, edit AllItem.aspx and add ‘linkToItem=”TRUE”‘ to the field you want to be a hyperlink.

The default behavior of 2010 is opening a new window but in 2013, the default is not. You need to go to List Settings/Advanced Settings and scroll down to dialog section. Then change the value from “No” to “yes”.
