Cannot connect to local site – sitecore

It is because I have using proxy server checked. To change it, follow these steps: Step 1: – Press Windows key + R together to Open RUN. Step 2 : –  Now, Write inetcpl.cpl in it and Click OK. Then under Connections tab, uncheck the option.
